Community Involvement As a growing company, Chordiant and its employees are dedicated not only to the development of its product, but also to community involvement. We believe in improving the quality of life in which we operate and our employees live. Below are some of the ways that employees are giving back to the San Francisco Bay Area Community. Family Giving Tree Each year, employees at Chordiant select gift tags from a tree of needy children's basic wants and needs for the holiday season. Employees personally select a gift, and gift wrap the item for the child. Last year we donated one gift from every employee working at Chordiant Software. Second Harvest Food Bank Chordiant employees, friends and families volunteered by sorting, labeling, re-packing and boxing food items. Second Harvest Food Bank is one of the largest in the country, serving 360 non-profit charities including soup kitchens, homeless shelters, childcare centers, senior nutrition sites. The Food Bank distributes over 16 million pounds of food necessary to provide assistance to 116,000 hungry people each month. |  | |
