Chordiant Spring 2008 ECAB Meeting
Executive Customer Advisory Board

June 2-4th, 2008
Omni Richmond Hotel
Richmond, Virginia

Greetings!

On behalf of the entire Chordiant executive team I am pleased to extend this invitation to you to join us at our upcoming ECAB meeting in Richmond, Virginia.

The Chordiant ECAB meeting is a unique, exclusive two day summit designed for top Chordiant customers and the entire Chordiant executive team. The meeting is held twice per year at rotating global locations. Our most recent two meetings were hosted in Atlanta, Georgia, USA (April, 2007), and Amsterdam, Netherlands (October, 2007). The 35-person meeting gives each customer attendee an opportunity to give deep input on Chordiant business, direction, solutions and services. And I guarantee we will listen.

In the spirit of an open, collaborative environment the meeting also presents an opportunity for Chordiant customers to meet each other, compare notes and success stories, and influence Chordiant long-term strategic thinking. Executive customers have consistently found these well-established ECAB meetings a powerful means through which to communicate feedback and share information, thereby increasing potential returns from each customer's investment in Chordiant's technology and people.

With our upcoming meeting in Richmond, while we will share the routine road map for Chordiant "Customer Experience" solutions in 2008-09, we will also host four separate customer business case presentations. Each customer will lead a discussion on how that global brand has deployed Chordiant, and the subsequent business impact delivered.

As we all know, 2008 is turning out to be a challenging year. It's forcing many companies to review plans, make changes, re-allocate investments.

At this year's ECAB we'll share with you an increased focus on our own investment, and how we are preparing for yours & our future. Additionally the business case presentations will focus on customer processes and impact that Chordiant has had on efficiency, cost reduction, and improved business control.

I promise it will be a valuable, worthwhile meeting - well worth your time and investment.

I hope to see you there!

Regards,

Steven R. Springsteel
