CUPERTINO, CA - April 5, 2006—Chordiant Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHRD), plans to announce its financial results for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2006 ended March 31, 2006, on Thursday, May 4, 2006.
Chordiant's investor conference call and webcast will take place at 2:00 p.m. (Pacific) / 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) / 22:00 GMT (London). Participating in the call and webcast will be Steve Springsteel, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Peter Norman, Chief Financial Officer. A news release discussing the financial results will be issued after the close of the market the same day.
