Chordiant Software appoints Bryan Richter as VP of Sales

(Northern Europe)

London, September 21st 2006—- Customer Experience Software provider, Chordiant, has appointed Bryan Richter as VP of Sales (Northern Europe). Prior to this appointment, Bryan was VP EMEA at Trillium Software.

At Trillium, Bryan introduced new go-to-market strategies around business solutions and supporting alliances to achieve sustainable long term growth. Before working at Trillium, Richter was VP EMEA at Stellent, and was responsible for increasing EMEA revenues for Stellent by circa 300%.

In his new position at Chordiant, Richter will focus on driving forward sales in Northern Europe by strengthening ties with enterprise customers and focusing on financial services.

Richter said: "I see immense potential for Chordiant. They have exploited their technology platform to develop applications which deliver greater business value to customers. The Customer Experience market is an exciting place to be at the moment and Chordiant is the clear leader.
