Our customer agreement requires the use of certified consultants. Chordiant certification programs ensure that all alliance partners have the appropriate skills and knowledge to be primary contributors in successful Chordiant implementations and deployments. Each certification includes a rigorous assessment process based on hands-on exercises, project presentations and certification exams. For organizations that create a Chordiant Practice, we build on the certification training and offer the same enablement that we do our own delivery organization.
