Chordiant solutions and services help major enterprises around the world deliver the best possible customer experience. Unlike traditional business applications, Chordiant Customer Experience (Cx™) solutions blend insight with agile business processes and real-time decisioning to uniquely understand the customer's behavior. In order to quickly enable our customers and deliver these integrated, flexible solutions, Chordiant has teamed with world class companies that are able to offer complementary technologies, products and services. These partners fall into three main categories: System Integrators, Technology Partners and Distributors.

System Integrators

System Integrators participate in the Chordiant Partnership Program (CPP). The Chordiant Partnership Program is designed to engage all types of partners, delivering resources and benefits that align with your business model and relationship with Chordiant. The program focuses on partner enablement & support, market/opportunity development, product development collaboration, and discounts on Chordiant products and services.

Three membership levels (or membership tiers) exist within the program: Affiliate Partner, Program Partner, and Premium Partner. Each of these membership tiers offers a variety of benefits and services as described in the benefits grid. Chordiant’s commitment to the partnership increases by providing additional marketing and sales engagement opportunities, higher discounts, and enhanced benefits and resources.

Premium Partners
Chordiant’s Premium Partners have committed to developing and maintaining a large-scale Chordiant Implementation Practice. This partnership level focuses on teaming with Chordiant to deliver world class software and services to Chordiant’s prospects and customers. Premium partners represent Chordiant’s preferred implementation provider. Premium Partners typically have a direct relationship with Chordiant customers to deliver world class consulting services and deep Chordiant expertise. Premium Partners may also work with Chordiant Engineering to develop industry solutions and artifacts to differentiate their level of expertise in a particular vertical. Program Partners
Chordiant’s Program Partners are typically regional implementation specialists, trained, certified, and experienced in Chordiant engagements. Program Partners are committed to offering superior systems integration, business analysis and process management, as well as technical expertise and knowledge transfer skills. Working together, we increase our ability to deliver on specific customer requirements, delivering on time and within budget. Program Partners partner with Chordiant to win specific opportunities. In addition, Program Partners are positioned as both a prime consultancy to Chordiant’s customer or in a subcontractor relationship working directly under Chordiant. Program Partner resources are registered in Chordiant’s contractor database and may be called upon to deliver point expertise or to establish a team to take on entire Chordiant implementation projects. Affiliate Partners
Chordiant’s Affiliate Partnership tier represents the “exploratory level” of the partnership program. Affiliate partners are typically new to Chordiant within the past year and are looking to establish Chordiant practices. Access to all of Chordiant’s training courses and certification are provided to Affiliate Partner resources. Affiliate Partner fees are typically “pay as you go” in order to maximize your investment as you build your Chordiant expertise and practice. Once Affiliate Partners have successfully delivered a few Chordiant implementations, they will typically move up to a Program or Premium partnership level as we partner together to win and deliver world-class Chordiant solutions.
