Partnership Levels

Every type of partner (SI, Reseller, Technology) has a strategic partner level.
  • Strategic Partners. Our strategic partners are committed to developing and maintaining a large-scale Chordiant practice. These partners have global consulting and certified delivery capabilities or technology solutions. Our strategic partners have superior technical expertise and work with us to deliver world-class software and consulting services to Chordiant’s prospects and customers. Strategic Partners may also work with Chordiant engineering to develop industry or domain specific solutions and artifacts to differentiate their level of expertise.


  • Premier Partners. Our premier partners are typically regional implementation specialists, trained, certified, and experienced in Chordiant engagements. Premier partners are committed to offering quality systems integration, business analysis and process management, as well as technical expertise and knowledge transfer skills. Technology Premier Partners often offer a single vertical solution or work with a subset of our product suite. Working together, we increase our ability to deliver on specific customer requirements, delivering on time and within budget. Premier partners may be called upon to deliver point expertise or to establish a team to deliver entire Chordiant implementation projects.


  • Affiliate Partners. Our affiliate partnership tier represents the introductory or niche area of the partnership program. Affiliate partners are typically either new to Chordiant within the past year and are looking to establish Chordiant practices, or they are focused in their technology expertise or geographic coverage. Access to all of Chordiant’s training courses and certification are provided to affiliate partner resources. Based on successful delivery or expansion of the technology solutions, we provide a path to move up to a Premier or Strategic partnership level as we partner together to win and deliver world-class Chordiant Customer Experience.
