Chordiant Harmony is our delivery solution and methodology designed to speed your implementation and drive deployment of the highest quality enterprise solutions. Chordiant Harmony consists of a dynamic, online, delivery methodology and set of tools designed and developed by Chordiant Services to assist customers and partners deliver projects quickly and effectively. Harmony supports a range of project delivery approaches, including sequential phases (waterfall), rapid application development and hybrid models. It covers all project phases during the journey from conception, through initiation, design, construction and transition to production.
Chordiant Harmony reduces risk through assessment, tracking and mitigation, while providing a comprehensive set of pre-requisities, processes, templates, tasks, deliverables and examples that can be used effectively and immediately.
Tools include sets of templates (in Microsoft Word, Excel & Project formats), and a set of accelerator tools including spreadsheets for estimating, checklists, code generating macros, and a project planner.
Harmony can be used as a standalone environment or encapsulated within customer and/or partner system integrator methodologies as required. It represents the combination of Chordiant product knowledge, refined best practice and over 1000 person years field implementation experience.
